The laundry machine nearly ruined our clothes!!! Would have appreciated more towels and basic kitchen utensils. The lack of privacy due to inadequate locking on the room door is concerning!!! An awkward housekeeping schedule also caused interruptions.

The Gion Elite Terrace exceeded my expectations in many ways. The room layout impressed me with its spaciousness and modern design. I loved the large balcony where I could enjoy the view of Kyoto. The oxygen spa bath felt luxurious and refreshing after a long day of exploring the city. Free coffee in the lobby was always a nice perk, perfect for starting my mornings. The kitchenette area had potential, though I missed having basic utensils readily available. A bit more attention to these details would have enhanced convenience. The location in Gion is incredible, with many cultural sites within walking distance. However, I found the soundproofing lacking as I could hear neighbors at times, which interrupted my sleep. Also, the breakfast could use improvement. I found the options limited and the service disorganized during my visit. Despite these issues, the staff remained friendly and eager to assist, adding to a positive atmosphere. I would consider returning once they've had more time to refine their offerings.

Families will appreciate this stay!
We had a spacious room with a big balcony, perfect for relaxing after long days. The free amenities were a nice touch. I loved grabbing coffee late at night from the lobby when it was quiet.
It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but still acceptable.

Can recommend for a fleeting stay
Convenient location, comfortable room, with free wi-fi and air conditioning. it's just a minute's walk to the main street and several nearby attractions, making it easy to explore the area. The on-site laundry was a great bonus for our family with children.
Didn't dislike anything about the property.
